Summing up the development of the practice and what patients could expect from us, he says: “Everything you see here, and the core ethos of this independent clinic is a direct result of listening to what our patients have requested and responding.

“They wanted an off-road car park, and now we have an ample, safe parking area. They asked for good wheelchair access and a level entry point to the building. The steps at the front are no longer used, and we now have that too with a drop-off point right next to the main waiting area. They wanted ground-floor surgeries, and now we have two and one with a break-knee dental chair to help those who find it difficult to get into a traditional dentist’s chair.”
